How do I delete my Entrée account and data?

Template, being reviewed by our lawyer. This is how Entrée works today, written as plainly as we can. Our lawyer is reviewing the wording. Last updated 10 October 2026.

Open Entrée, go to Me, then Delete account, and confirm. Everything is hidden at once and erased within 30 days.

In the app (iPhone, web, Windows or Mac)

1. Open Entrée and sign in.
2. Tap Me, then Delete account.
3. Type DELETE and confirm.

By email

Can't sign in? Write to hello@getentree.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm it is you, then delete it within 7 days.

What happens

• At once: you are signed out everywhere, our access keys to Gmail, Google Calendar and Outlook are deleted, and your account is hidden.
• A card plan (web, Windows, Mac) is cancelled for you. An iPhone plan is with Apple: cancel it in Settings, your name, Subscriptions, or Apple keeps charging.
• Within 30 days: your account and everything in it is erased: profile, events, people, notes, goals, sign up details, connections and history.
• Backups: encrypted backups are kept 14 days, so a copy can last up to 14 more days and is then gone.
• Receipts may be kept where tax law requires it, with nothing else attached.

Only remove Google's access

To stop Entrée reading Gmail or Google Calendar without deleting your account: Me, Connections, Disconnect. Or in your Google account: myaccount.google.com/connections, pick Entrée, then Delete all connections. Events already on your day stay until you remove them.
