Do I need to understand AI?

No. Entrée uses AI behind the scenes. You only see your day, your people and a few buttons.

What does it do with my email?

Only if you connect it, Entrée looks for plans, invitations and tickets so they land on your calendar. It doesn't keep the text of your emails. Disconnect anytime.

Will it buy tickets for me?

Never. For paid events it shows you the price and opens the seller's own page. You pay there, like you always do.
